I have long curly and frizzy hair that is very difficult to blow dry. So happy with the colour and blow. Best my hair has looked. Also offered advice on which products to use to manage my hair at home. Great experience and Liz is lovely and knowledgable. Ive already re booked my next appointment.

The worst eyebrow experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been left with very deep rough burns around my brows. I asked for a very delicate fair tint and after receiving a scouse brow, I asked if they could please slightly strip it back to look a bit more natural. Clearly annoyed, the therapist said that it did look natural but she could take it back all the same. She used a product to remove some of the tint and the product has left my area around my brows really sore, red and severely burnt.
