Honestly very disappointed in this service.
First of all, they didn't know about my booking therefore Ting wasn't available to do my nails. Secondly, the removal involved so much filing and different filing tools that made my nails paper thin. She did apply plenty of coats of gel and was meticulous in her shaping and painting but I can still feel how thin my nails are because they're still bendable with 5 layers of gel. My nails/fingertips felt sensitive for the following 48hours.
