I had a booking. But I had to wait for 20 minutes to be attended to as the therapists were working on walk-in customers. While walk-in customers are necessary, I don't think it's fair to keep customers with a booking waiting for so long. Once the sessions began, I was actually happy. They did a good job on my nails, the facial threading and waxing, and the back exfoliate. I do think that the cleanliness could be further improved.

This is the third time I have booked an appointment here and had problems. I booked with Lucy, but each time she was either not informed or not even in the salon. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
Last time, another staff member did the treatment and the work was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Staff speaking in Chinese over clients during treatments is uncomfortable and makes the atmosphere unprofessional.
The salon really needs to improve its booking system.

Lucy was awesome and gave me great advice about how to take care of my eyelashes. She did a really good job, and I absolutely love my eyelashes extensions. She was very patient and took her time to ensure I got a good treatment.
