The positive: I felt less having the massage and relaxed. It is also good value compared to other pricier places.
Negative: Not sure it is a pregnancy massage. Was asked to lie flat on my back -surely not recommended at 30 weeks? Usually in pregnancy massages, the parts where you need to lie on your back the massage table is raised so you are not flat or you are told to sit on a chair with your upper body leaning on a pillow for parts of it.
Also, no towel to cover myself whilst waiting for therapist.
I am giving it a 4 because it did serve the purpose of making me feel better.
