Siara is absolutely amazing at what she is doing,she provided me with a wonderful treatment and it was not that easy as I had many issues which needed attention.
The day after the treatment I felt revived and full of energy and my sore throat disappeared! And the next day I feel even better energised ,balanced,in control of my self and confident.What a change!
I feel finally back to myself after a couple of weeks being feeling sluggish,confused,weak and not in control.

I enjoyed my experience with Sira... her reflexology was very good, but her reiki treatment was exceptional. She also recommended other treatments that I might benefit from, and took time to talk to me and understand my current mindset. She's so knowledgeable, and welcoming. The location was a little 'dreary', as when I arrived at the spa, there were no lights on etc and I wondered if I was in the right place (it's in the basement of a leisure centre), but that didn't detract from the treatment.

You're in the basement of a gym and it definitely feels like that. Reiki was good but not amazing but that has more to do with me and what I needed.
