Nail refill didn’t take place as the shop was closed and no one was there. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience now and I’m not impressed!

I was very disappointed with the level of service received very opposite from the east london service no bar service offered at all. Mail tech didn’t speak English pant chip few days later. Overall it was not a good first impression.
