Paid for a shellac manicure with file, buff and cuticle removal. My cuticles were barely touched and she used an actual nail file on the surface of my nails before buffing them, so they were left very scratched. Before putting a base coat on she liberally applied some sort of acidic 'primer' which smelled very strongly of vinegar and got into a small cut next to my nail and burnt like hell. 10 hours later it still hurts. The finished product looks OK, albeit a bit sloppy. Will not go back.

I arrived early to be told this and then told I couldn't have a refund.
All was resolved after almost an hour of contacting the wonderful treadwell customer service team, the shop itself gave me my money back and I booked an appointment elsewhere.

Had a spa pedi and it was wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly. The massage chair is amazing. And my therapist did an amazing job on my pedicure. My feet were in a state going in, and looked and felt so soft and lovely coming out. She really did a great job. Good choice of colours for polish and the polish was applied beautifully. I am a very happy customer and would come back and would definitely recommend. 5 stars

Ruined my eyelashes. Whatever they used has snapped/broken off my lashes (they were very long before) they're now half the length they were. Extremely unhappy, obviously. They won't take any responsibility for it either
