I had the sports massage and reflexology and it was fab! Perfect pressure on sports massage and so relaxing for the reflexology that I’m sure I fell half asleep, it was dreamy! Would recommend and hope I can go back soon.

It was a great lymphatic massage first time was pretty tender around my ankles but that’s where the water retention is. I noticed a big difference the next day so was worth it. I will definitely be back to get it again as I was pretty tense this time
