I booked this treatment directly with the salon, however, I do normally book through treatwell. This was one of my favourite spas in Chiswick and I had been coming here for some time now. Unfortunately they have had a few changes in staff and my preferred staff have left. I was very disappointed with my most recent experience. For the first time, I was late - I was late by 13 minutes (or 15 by the salon's count), because my hospital appointment ran over. I explained this, but as they were fully booked, they were unable to carry out the full treatment time, and could only re-book me if I paid 50% additional for 'missed' appointment. They were hurried and didn't have any time to discuss alternatives with me, just that the longer we talk about it, the less treatment time I will have. I feel that this is not the way to treat loyal customers. As a result, I didn't enjoy my facial, and I came out feeling more stressed than I had felt before going in.
The beautician very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. She gives very good advice and explained the products during the facial which I felt are very important what's product they are using on clients skin.
Fantastic massage as always. Firm but slow, the prefect amount of pressure and speed to relieve all my tension and send me to sleep at the same time. Will definitely book again next month
Have been here a few times now and each experience with a different person. Tonight was Anna and she was great, they always are. Excellent at what they do and really lovely to chat to. File and paint tonight was exactly what I wanted and she did an excellent job. Keep up the good work!
