It was a great experience. She was very good at understanding where I wanted more pressure and where I wanted less and adapting pressure accordingly. Just what I needed after a long run!

This was my first bikini wax in a very long time, due to the fact that last time I had one it was incredibly painful and badly done (not at this spa though!) The therapist was extremely professional, very good at putting me at ease and I barely even noticed the pain (yes, it is a painful procedure, but this wasn't the agony I had anticipated). All in all, I walked out feeling extremely happy with the whole experience, and will definitely be coming back.
