Anna is an excellent therapist. I am a professional woman having travelled all over the world having treatments in many destinations and would admit to being difficult to please. Anna's therapies are without doubt the best. I don't know how she is able to remove the most difficult to see hairs in relation to the Brazilian, but she does. Anna and the staff have always been super helpful demonstrating a genuine interest in their customers. They have always tied to alter appointments if there has been a need, and communicated all changes efficiently. The premises are immaculately clean and sterile. I really cannot rate them highly enough.

If you go in for a wax make sure you ask for Anna! Was painless and had a lovely casual talk with her. Great customer service, however the atmosphere I felt was lacking.
