I arrived on time and then was taken into the room where the treatment took place. To my surprise there was no table as I am used from previous manicure appointments in other salons. I sat on a chair and the therapist sat by my feet on low stool. She covered my legs with a towel so that I would not get dirty, This was bit uncomfortable. She asked me whether I had any shellac on and when I said yes, she stated that she was not sure if we would have enough time- I booked for shellac manicure and the appointment was for 60 mins! In the end she managed to remove my shellac, do the manicure and apply the shellac. The price on the website was stated as £20, but when I paid the therapist stated that there was extra charge of £5 for removal. I was not informed about this when I booked the appointment nor when I arrived to the salon. The manicure was nice, but to be honest I was disappointed by the paying issue and did not feel very comfortable. I don't think I will be visiting this place again, which is a shame.

I had a Brazilian wax and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The treatment room was calming with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the wax was quick but not rushed.
