Lovely lady that did a wax for me. Good waxing and welcoming person. I will certainly return. If I have to pick on something, I had to wait a bit before my appointment e start even if I arrive earlier because the girl open for me didn't feedback the lady I had the wax that I was there.

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience here. I have previously had HD eyebrows done with Simon which were good, hence rebooking. I also decided to book a wax this time.
Simon seemed a bit distracted throughout - put the colour on my eyebrows before doing the wax, so asked me to undress ready for this, but didn’t give me anything to cover myself with during the eyebrow part. So I felt exposed (and cold).
The hot wax was not good at all. At the end there were small bits of wax left on, and I was told ‘don’t worry that will come off itself’. That evening there were still bits of wax on me - good job I didn’t have a hot date! It was also more painful than I’ve had at other places.
The eyebrows were ok but not as good as previously. Not sure I’ll go back again.
