Simin was amiable and easy to talk with. I was very satisfied with the manicure she gave me. The colour looked very different in natural light - perhaps I should have asked her to open the curtain in her room as it a bit dark! And yes, the chair was uncomfortable.
I wish I had known there was a flight of stairs to get to her therapy room - I have a knee problem and flights are a big issue for me. This will stop me going to Utopia again, unfortunately.
