The manicure and pedicure were ok, but I wasn't that happy with the finished results as the polish wasn't filled to my cuticles!

The only place I would consider getting my waxing done. Very professional staff and lovely. Always considerate towards me when I was pregnant and after ensuring I was comfortable during my treatment. Vickie is amazing so bubbly and friendly and efficient always makes me feel at ease. I live in Chiswick and despite having many places in Chiswick to choose from which are bearer I feel most comfortable at Silk Smooth hence its worth the short journey :)
There was a mix up with the times, but they managed to squeeze me in when I turned up!
Very professional and clean place and nicely decorated.
It was my first wax and the lycon made it comfortable and so did the lady doing my wax, great discount from what it usually is.

Excellent service. Beautiful nails and wonderful staff. Very clean and relaxed salon and very professional. Had a choice of colours although wanted french tis for shellac however the beautician didn't know how to do it.
