The decoration in the salon is lovely. There is always the mood music to relax you. The beautician was friendly but not overly so and had good advice to share on taking care of my skin. Over all a very relaxing experience (the extraction is never much fun) she even gave my hands and arms a massage whilst waiting for one of the products to work its magic.

I arrived and there was an issue with the manicure table being already in use. However, they squeezed me in and I had the first part of the manicure done in an arm chair with my hands on the staff members lap! It actually made the whole experience more interesting than usual. The staff member was so lovely and I really enjoyed chatting to her while she did my nails. I wish I could remember her name but she was from Belarus. I would recommend Silky Smooth salon.
