Very frustrating staff who look and speak like it’s an effort to be doing your hair. A customer next to me was concerned that they had taken the cut too short and instead of apologising she was met with justifications that she was wrong. The staff then outwardly spoke about her negatively after she had left and continued this even to a new client. Though my colour is fine, my cut is less than perfect for someone who took over an hour to do a simple trim of a bob. I’ve left furious at the unprofessionalism. Someone’s hair cut and colour is a personal experience, this salon treats you like they are doing you a favour. Will not be going back.

Very happy; colour is great, looks natural and has lasted well. I have long, thick hair and Elina was very patient applying colour to all of it, which was time consuming, so I really appreciated that. Had to pay £10 extra for the extra colour she had to use, but I was prepared for this. I do agree with others' comments about the atmosphere; the pics make it look really cute but it wasn't that warm and inviting. Could do with buzzer for front door for extra security, but that's just my opinion.
