The balayage was fantastic and it was a very good cut too, so if you only care about that then great. But for me sadly it was not an enjoyable experience. Cold, silent room and the hair washing was very rushed and rough (not at all relaxing as I kept having water splashed in my face). The combing was also very rough and made my scalp hurt afterwards. I would say having some music on would make a big difference!

Elina was great at choosing a toner that looked great on me. She was able to suggest a cut that better suited my face as well and give more life to my hair
