The Aldgate location which I was moved to because I refused to have my hair done at the Tower Bridge location due to no heat was lovely- very nice ambience well constructed and decorated building a real nice spa feel. I think for anyone having over an hours treatment- the ambience really matters- everyone profusely apologized and made the rest of the experience lovely. Hair looked amazing by Zeni so that made my day.

The head massage from Zeni was really good and well worth the money BUT I wasn’t able to enjoy it the ambience was terrible. Zeni put a blanket on me when I got in but it was absolutely freezing she had an outdoor coat on the room wasn’t cozy either
