The first time I went here the Hollywood wax was great, the woman was quick and knew what she was doing. Yesterday the woman did not seem like she knew what she was doing at all. She kept waxing the same areas over and over again, it was so painful. The wax was excruciatingly hot for my skin, and in general this was the most painful experience I've had.

Been going here for nearly a year now and have always had an amazing wax. The staff are welcoming, professional and considerate. The salon is very clean and the wax is the most painless wax I have ever had ( I have had some bad experiences). Would highly recommend to anyone to go to this salon !
