Venue was lovely and extremely clean, and Ana was so attentive! She checked how the heat was on the wax and when it was getting too hot she turned it down straight away, and was always checking in to make sure I was okay. Hollywoods are always going to be a bit sore, but compared to others I've had it was relatively pain-free. Would definitely recommend and go again.
