Have been previously but will not be going back. Made it v.clear I just wanted a tidy up & did not want my eyebrows thinning or lots of hair removed. I repeatedly said I wanted hair left and was aiming for a thicker brow rather than a thin one. Have been left with over threaded, uneven eyebrows one of which is noticeably thinner than the other one and has had random sections trimmed very short or removed completely. A mess. Made it clear I was not happy at all and the beautician attempted a 2nd tint to cover up the patches she had removed but it's hard to fix a badly done eyebrow when you've already removed half the hair. So badly done would definitely not recommend.
