It was disappointing to get to the saloon and find out that our henna artist was not in as she was not well.
I had an email at 2 am to notify me of this but as I did not check my inbox I was not aware of this until I got to the saloon on time for my appointment.
At least they agreed straight away on a full refund but coming from another area in London , it still did not make up for the money of my transportation there.
It was an eid gift for my daughter so very disappointed.
