The staff were super lovely and I was a bit late and they were accommodating about it. I found the facial a bit rough and as somebody with sensitive skin I really reacted to the scratchy sponges and the products used. It was a good price but hasn’t helped my skin feel hydrated and it’s been a bit inflamed since. If you also have sensitive skin I would do your research!
