The massage was not bad- the room’s temperature was good but the room itself was not aesthetically pleasing and the floor wasn’t clean. The music was nice but there was quite a lot of talking in the hallway which affected the mood of the massage. Although I booked a 30 min massage, the masseuse was a late and we finished the session 10 min before the 30 min was up. Overall, the experience was ok. Attention to detail (especially timing) can be the deciding factor in whether a customer returns.
