When I arrived no one welcomed me, I immediately smiled and said I had an appointment, quite frankly I felt like I had just gatecrashed someone’s party. I could not have felt more unwelcome. The only therapist to acknowledge me just looked me up and down whilst I told her I was happy to sit and wait as I was early. I was kept waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, no apology, nothing. That said, Menka was brilliant at what she did.
