The staff were lovely and the place itself was really quaint and packed with other customers, which was a positive sign. It was my second time having g LVL treatment, though my first time at this store. I even got a head and shoulder massage which was lovely. Unfortauntely, the lift itself was awful...it literally made 0 difference and I expressed my disappointment when I held up the mirror. The lady reassured me it would grow over the weekend- but they still look no different :( looking for a refund
