I had an appointment at 10am with Alexandra, but she had not yet shown up for work. Initially I was told that it wouldn’t be possible for me to have my manicure, but then Nargis kindly offered to do a simple manicure in between treating her own client. The manager and Alexandra arrived at about 10.45. I was very surprised and disappointed that neither of them spoke to me or apologised for their error. I was charged the full amount, but didn’t get the full treatment. Very disappointing service.
