I had a balayage by Esme, overall the cut&colour is nice. In the middle of my appointment another customer had been booked in for a blowdry which overlapped with when the bleach needed to be rinsed off my hair so I was left sat at the basin for 30-40 minutes without being checked on which unfortunately contributed to some over processing on the ends of my hair so they are a little frazzled! I also had the extra £25 olaplex treatment but there was no scalp massage which I would have expected.

So so happy, love the results, always a pleasure and pain free. Good to have a catch up. Feel so comfortable, whilst getting everything waxed. Is very through makes sure all the hairs have got even the tiny little blonde ones Sumaiyah does an amazing job doing my wax have been before and will return again as love what I get.

I’ve had my legs waxed and hair coloured here, both really great experiences. Staff are ready for you when you arrive, leg wax is super quick and the hair restyle and colour was one of the best experiences i’ve had in a while too can’t wait to go back!
