Second time I’ve been and again, not a great experience. Was told my facial was double booked when I arrived and did I want to rebook. Said no and went elsewhere. The time I went before I paid for eyebrow waxing but the technician told me they wanted to thread them instead. Weird place to be honest. I also keep getting confirmations for someone else’s appointments to my email. They need to fix their booking systems and improve their admin before I’d return. Not great.
