The facility was bare minimum and very simple. The staff were not very friendly and the beautician missed so many areas whilst waxing. It was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

I had a very good experience at Shumailas. The lady was very accomodating even though I was a little late. Room was warm and she made sure she checked each detail with me before continuing. I am booking my next appointment there!

I had deep cleansing facial which was lovely and felt really good, only think I was bit down experience that room was not very warm and I felt bit chilly specially after steaming.Apart from that it was really nice experience.

I bought the Haircut and Manicure for my sister in laws birthday and really should have just thrown the money down the drain. She decribed her experience as dreadful: the staff are totally unprofessional and untrained. The haircut was NOT done well and was uneven. I am so disappointed that I will no longer use Treatwell as they obviously do not research the offers they put on their website. You do not receive a discount but end up loosing money having to go elsewhere to put their mistakes right!
