I had the microdermabrasion that was meant to be an hour treatment but they did it in 45 minutes. It was less than 10 minutes cleansing more time went to sorting out the machine, it was about 10 minutes for the microdermabrasion (normally in other places it lasts 20 minutes as they are more thorough), and then about 20-25minutes minutes with the mask then a quick cleanse and moisturise. It felt completely rushed, i did not feel the full effects of the microdermabrasion. They were also not helpful when booking the actual appointment. It took ages to get through and when you finally did they took even longer to verify payment had been made via Treatwell. They said they would call me back but I had to chase them up!
Was a decent wax for the price paid. Venue was basic but clean and tidy. Been there twice and found staff were now friendly the second time around
