Booking the appointment was an issue because of staff not checking systems and secondly not listening to instructions. Place was lovely and at the start I felt rushed e.g harshness of washing my hair but then as time progressed I was more at ease and the stylist listened and ensured I was satisfied with my hair before I left. Time was also given to styling to make it look more stylish than simple.

Beautiful salon, really lovely, friendly staff and excellent blow dry. Nicola, my stylist, talked me through the products she was using and made suggestions as to what would be good for my hair but there was absolutely no hard sell to buy. Really pleased I tried them out. No hesitation to recommend and will definitely return :)
