Salon is gorgeous, very thorough consultation to find out what I wanted and how I wanted my hair to be. Loved that she showed me how to style my hair at home to recreate the look.

Booking the appointment was an issue because of staff not checking systems and secondly not listening to instructions. Place was lovely and at the start I felt rushed e.g harshness of washing my hair but then as time progressed I was more at ease and the stylist listened and ensured I was satisfied with my hair before I left. Time was also given to styling to make it look more stylish than simple.
