The haircut was good as we are regular customers, the staff are friendly and we normally would think it’s great. However, on this visit the appointment was half an hour late which with a toddler is a lifetime. On top of that, the other parent was waiting in the car with a newborn - if it was the normal 15min cut time then that would have been fine, but 45 minutes was unbearable. This was also the second time in a row the appointment was this late so we were unfortunately disappointed with that…
