The stylist was 15 minutes late to to open the salon and then said they didn’t have my appointment in their system because the manager received appointment info from Treatwell and was on leave. They said they had a cut to do that would be quick so I could wait but we were already 15 minutes behind schedule and I had somewhere to be. I paid for parking for no reason.
