There was a disappointingly poor range of colours available - all corals and purples and, a WEEK before Christmas, NO RED! I had booked for gel nails but had to go for normal varnish because I wanted a festive colour. Wasn’t offered a refund of the difference in price between gels and normal.
I had booked for my friend and I to have our nails done at the same time on quite a tight schedule but we were done one-after-the-other without any prior warning.
Very good experience! Although I paid for hot wax and she used strips quite a lot.
The hairdresser was very rough and the blow dry was very painful. I am happy with the result (my hair is super smooth and silky) and would probably come back, but not with the same hairdresser. Good value for money.
Very friendly and professional staff, the wax was over very quickly but done very well!
