Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience, I went to get half head balayage done to my brunette hair which they then decided on their own to do a full head dye costing £40 more - My hair turned out bright orange! I was so upset I went back to get if fixed asking them to please redye it back to a dark brown to cover up my embarrassing orange hair, the second time around did hardly anything and I am now left with a slightly darker shade of orange hair which I am going to have to box dye myself to correct. Very unimpressed and it has caused me a lot of stress and unhappiness.
