Not the service I was expecting. While the results of the facial were good, I felt like time sitting under the steamer was too long and equally when the face mask was left on, the beauty therapist simply went and sat down, no shoulder massage or anything.
The biggest problem was the lack of hair band to keep my hair back. I ended up with loads of the product in my hair, particularly at the front, making my hair look really dirty. Had to immediately go home and wash it.

Nice salon, looks pretty clean when you walk in. Very helpful staff. Waxing was efficient and fast but not rushed. The lady who waxed me was lovely, very considerate and meticulous. A thorough job and I’ll definitely be going back.

Don’t go for eyebrow/eyelash tints!! I had to ask to get a patch test as they didn’t offer it when I booked. Nice people but not a good experience - my brows were tinted hurriedly and unevenly. I went with my friend and there’s only one bed, instead of sorting us one at a time she made one of us lie on the sofa against our bags and tinted our brows and lashes like that!

the therapist doing the wax was great.
Have had a haircut here before so was disappointed this time that I left with unevenly cut hair. I pointed this out a couple of times and was dismissed that he wasn't finished but by the end i'd just given up and decided to repay and have it redone somewhere else.
it was a simple trim and didn't mind that more length than i had wanted had come off or I didn't really get listed to when expressed a desire to have my layers put back in but leaving a haircut with a noticeable difference in length on both sides is a problem.
