First visit, Very Lovely people at Chic Touch, explaining everything during consultation and attentive Staff. Had Balayage. Only downside, sorry I must honestly say, Bakcombing technique during colouring was quite painful and made it take longer, rather than just painting colour onto hair. So maybe something to consider if you have a low pain threshhold. Overall result was beautiful though, would recommend this Salon.
