I was disappointed most with the cleanliness of this place, there was bits of hair everywhere, like it hadn't been cleaned for ages. I was given the option to wear a face mask for the fumes, which I have never had to do before when having this treatment in several places in London, so this concerned me. The lady knew what she was doing, but did keep almost burning my scalp with the hairdryer.

good value and back again
If you are looking value for money, this is the best place ever! The service is perfect and the staff make sure that you are feeling on your best. I went chic touch hair and beauty for hair colour & highlights, silvia did an amazing job by paying attention to details and I defently recommend this place, it's worth a visit. Thank you again .
I went to chic touch for a full head of highlights The lady was absolutely lovely, very kind and very professional. She made her best . i had the best hair cut and highlights I have had (and I have tried many other salons!) - very impressed with the results. I will definitely come back there. Great value!
Good value, although having to pay extra for my hair being slightly longer than my shoulders despite me only really having my roots coloured was a bit off-putting. Friendly staff though and I'm pleased with the result.
