I was disappointed most with the cleanliness of this place, there was bits of hair everywhere, like it hadn't been cleaned for ages. I was given the option to wear a face mask for the fumes, which I have never had to do before when having this treatment in several places in London, so this concerned me. The lady knew what she was doing, but did keep almost burning my scalp with the hairdryer.
