The venue is small but very nice and in a great location. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and did a great job! Only downside is that they do not take credit cards so I had to run across the street to an ATM after in order to pay

I had a great experience getting highlights and cut. The hairdresser did a very good job and listened to what I was asking for. Only negative is that a lot of the magazines to read were over 6 months out of date

good highlights, not rushed at all, although I realised when i got home the top layer probably should of been kept on a little while longer (slightly gingery/yellow) I'm sure this will wash up after a few washes though so not too worried about it. Highlights were very close to the root and friendly staff. Extra 10 pounds for longer hair but i don't mind as my hair is very long. good cut too. overall very happy

I was happy with results of the treatment, specially for the first few weeks. The room was getting steamed as many keratin treatments have been carried out the same time. The staff kept opening the front door widely but it was cooling down the room too quickly.

Staff were friendly, Hair wash was okay, towards the end a lot of water was being splashed on me, so much so that I had to dry myself with a towel. The cut was good but not really what I wanted, I was looking for layers and didn't get any. I didn't ask for them when I was done because it would have made my hair shorter than I wanted it to be. The blow-dry took 1 hour and 10 mins! Way too long - she was curling it and I do have a lot of hair but it made me late. After all that the curls didn't even stay they fell out by the time I got home. Im not a hairdresser but I think she should have used straighteners rather than the hair dryer to curl my hair to make it last. Lastly you cannot pay with card, there is no sign of this anywhere and was made to go to the cash machine across the road when I was already and hour late! I would not return here and would not recommend it to anyone who wants to walk away pleased with the result.
