Best highlight ever ,Great place, the staff are lovely and the cut was perfect, exactly what I was after. They even blow dried and styled for no extra cost will recommend .

I'm a brunette and went in for highlights the week before my birthday. The lady asked if I wanted to be blonde and I adamantly said no. She told me it would be lighter though (which I understood by HIGHlights) and vaguely pointed at a colour chart before she started. The end result was a grayish looking dirty blonde colour as a result of too many foils, over processing, and too few colours involved (things google taught me about later). I was unhappy and let staff know, they offered to fix it but were going to charge so I cancelled my corrective appointment. So overall disappointed.

Most importantly the hair cut by Daniela was good, after I'd styled it when I got home am pleased with the cut. Overall experience not great but suppose you get what you pay for! Didn't even get offered a glass of water and there was no consultation about what I wanted before they washed my hair.

Swee was very professional and friendly. She made me feel at ease even though I wasn't having the most relaxing of treatments. I would definitely recommend this place to friends
