I have really thick hair and they didn't seem to know that it requires really thorough watering and shampooing (not simply rubbing over my hair) and blow-drying my hair in sections, not just from the top with a quick brush. Nevertheless, I can rewash and dry my hair myself so that was fine. The color turned out great, though.

I got there a bit early, but I was taken to the treatment room right away. I was completely comfortable throughout the whole experience, which was brilliant as I haven't had an eyelash tint before. All in all very happy with the experience.
