They facial was quite good and the technician was nice. I arrived early but they were running late. I'm normally flexible with that but in this case it made me miss yoga. Everyone apologised politely for the delay and checked again when I prodded but once it was over 20mim past the start time I knew I'd miss class and just gave in. It's not a huge deal but I had really wanted to do both the facial and yoga to destress before a big event. I was also offered coffee but never given it, and at the end pressured to book with them instead of Treatwell which gives me student discounts and has customer service so is preferable to me.

Really happy with my haircut and the guy who cut my hair was lovely! Shame that there was hair everywhere and the shelf in front of my hadn't been wiped between clients- despite this I will most probably return in the future as I cannot fault the cut itself. The head massage was also delightful!
