The salon is lovely, as is the room and all the staff! It was a really relaxing atmosphere I've been there previously for other treatments and it's all been great. But the wax was just not that great. It certainly wasn't awful, but it was quite painful and slow! Certainly more painful and slow than I have had previously at a number of different places. The wax looked decent at the end, although there were a few missed hairs. Just wasn't as good as I was hoping. And too painful to bother going back unfortunately.

great value for money. and amazing blow dry. would prefer if one of the ladies cut my hair. they seem to understand what you want a littke more! but overall it is a great place to go with friendly staff and excellent service!
