Booked full face threading, once appointment started she said she wanted to wax a bit of my face, I agreed, then she ended waxing almost the whole thing! Had very sensitive skin for a few days after, the reason I always book threading is because waxing is too extreme for me. If i'd have known shed keep going with the wax I would have never agreed. She was nice though, but maybe next time don't change the service for someone just because it's less time consuming for you.

The end result was fine but it felt a little weird being so close to an unlocked door and her technique wasn't the greatest, ouch!

hi the pedicure itself was great but i got a bit scared that the tools were not disinfected properly because the lady was spraying them and deskinning the cuticle snippers in front of me!
