I went there to have highlights done. I really like the end result. I told Mena I wanted thin highlights and that was what she did. The only thing I didn't like was that I had bought a promo of highlights blow dry and conditioning treatment, and they charged me an extra 20£ for toner (for highlights) i guess that should be included when you offer the highlights in the first place..

Great visit to Chic Touch Hair & Beauty, really friendly staff and clean environment. Wax was good however could have been slightly more thorough. Apart from that fab experience and really good value for money!
