I have found my new hairdresser. Excellent value for money. Mena did my hair and she was lovely. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. She was very generous with the foils (as I had mentioned I wanted to go a lot lighter) and they were carefully and precisely applied. The hospitality was great, everyone there was friendly and it was a very chilled experience. The cut was exactly what I asked for and was again done with a lot of care and precision.
The salon was very clean, spacious and stylish inside. It's very difficult to find an affordable yet high quality service for hair in London, so places like this are a breath of fresh air. I would 100% recommend.

Not only were all the staff extremely friendly and lovely, they were extremely professional too.
Offered me tea, coffee, cake and chocs :) very kind and lovely smiles all round

The staff were very friendly, but the actual cut was not great. It seemed the hairdresser didn't have a great deal of experience. There was very little consultation about what I wanted to do with my hair, the products they used seem very cheap as well. Also the highlight costs seem only to include one highlighting colour and you have to pay more for extra. Not what I expected from a hairdressers at all!
